From the wild inhabitants of both sea and land, to the mountains stretching out to touch the ocean, there is an untamed beauty waiting to be discovered in this untouched wilderness that lay before you. The Harding Icefield covers over 700 square miles in Kenai Fjords National Park and provides spectacular views of calving glaciers. The landscapes here are a reminder that wonder is still ever present in this world of ours. The abundant marine life you'll expect to see includes orcas, humpback whales, sea otters, sea lions, harbor seals, and black bears amongst others.

Itinerary
DAY 1: 9 June - ARRIVAL IN ANCHORAGE
Arrive in Anchorage on June 9th.
Stay overnight in hotel (Client is responsible to pay hotel room).
DAY 2: 10 June - BOARD TRAIN TO WHITTIER
Board Train to Whittier on the morning of the 10th.
(Client pays train ticket , Approx. $120.00 to $220.00 per person)
Board Boat in Whittier @ 1-2pm
Travel the route through several Fjords and stops along the way aside glaciers.
Possibilities of seeing the following:
Black Bears, Harbor Seals, Otters, Orcas, Humpback Whales, Sea Lions, Dall’s Porpoise, Mountain Goats, Puffins, many shorebirds, Eagles, Common Muir, and much more!
DAY 2 - 9: 10 June - 17 June CONTINUE TRAVEL THROUGH FJORDS
DAY 9: 17 June ARRIVAL in SEWARD
We will arrive in Seward on the 17th and board the Alaska train back to Anchorage.
(Client is responsible to pay own train ticket $120.00 to $220.00 Per person)
Approximately a 4 1/2 hour, very scenic train ride.
Estimated arrival at 10:30 pm in Anchorage.
Overnight stay in Anchorage at hotel.
Client is responsible for hotel room that night in Anchorage.
DAY 10: 18 June DEPARTURE FLIGHT FROM ANCHORAGE
We fly home June 18th.

Logistics
Please arrive in Anchorage, Alaska on June 9th. Lodging in Anchorage on the nights of June 9th and June 17th is not included in the workshop fee. You will need lodging on both of those nights.
We will board the train to Whittier on the morning of the 10th. Train passage on June 10th and June 17th is not included in the workshop fee.
(Client pays train ticket , Approx. $120.00 to $220.00 per person)
Next we will board the yacht in Whittier between 1-2pm.
Once on board, meals and passage through the fjords is included.
Participants will need to be capable to hike at least a 1/2 mile in dirt or sand.
We will arrive into Seward on June 17th. Our return will require a train ride back to Anchorage on June 17th which in not included in the workshop fee.
