During the day, the Sawtooth range provides a multitude of possibilities for memorable landscapes. Redfish Lake and Stanley, Idaho provide the setting for this photographic journey.

Rising from the valley floor, the Sawtooth range scrapes the sky with its craggy, jagged peaks. Here you will rediscover the artist, the poet, and perhaps the adventurer within you that finds oneself beckoned to grasp the indescribable majestic presence of a land full of memory.

Exploring the surrounding landscapes held together by mountain, rivers and lakes – you’ll come to see why we never tire of returning to Redfish Lake, Stanley, Idaho, the Sawtooth range and the Salmon River that winds through these canyon walls.

Meander down a creek side stream, swollen with brisk mountain water, capturing moment after moment of a beauty that reminds us to slow down and treasure what is right before our eyes. Stop in for breakfast at one of the best bakeries you’ll ever enjoy. Gather around the table with others who cherish capturing moments in time, learning from one another as well as our dedicated instructors. This photo tour is filled with beautiful mountain vistas, capturing the Sawtooths, Stanley Lake, Redfish Lake and Little Redfish.

  • Lodging throughout the workshops as outlined above. If you arrive early you may be able to stay earlier or later but your package only includes the nights for the workshop.
